Sargodha University Latest Admissins

It is informed to all concerned that Sargodha University has issued the schedule for submission of admission forms for students of Annual Examination 2023.

Following Admissions Can be Sent Online

1.      Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT),

2.      Doctor of Medical Lab Sciences (DMLS),

3.      BS-Allied Health Sciences (all programs) Annual Examination 2023,

4.      Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D),

5.      Bachelor of Graphics design,

6.      Bachelor of Textile Design and Bachelor of Fine Arts 1st Annual Examination 2023

 

Last date to submit admission forms with single Fee

Students can submit their online admissions till 05 December 2023

Fee Schedule is as under:

1.      DPT (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Year)                9000 Rs.

 

2.      DMLS (5th Year)                                             9000 Rs.

 

3.      BS-Allied Health Sciences (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year) (For All Programs)      9000 Rs.

 

 

4.      Pharm-D (1st, 2nd, —r a, 4th & 5th Prof)      8500 Rs.

 

5.      BGD/BTD/BFA (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Year)       7500 Rs

 

Note:

1. Only part-I regular/Fresh students will submit online admission form through online link i.e. examination.su.edu.pk/ through concerned constituent / affiliated colleges.

2. The part-II, III, IV & V Fresh students will submit online admission form through online link i.e. annual.su.edu.pk/admission/ through concerned constituent / affiliated colleges.

3. Fee Challan will be available if student's profile is completed over online admission link. The fee must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in account No 00427991796403  on single computer generated bank Challan of all students of the programs. Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque and hand written bank Challan etc. will not be acceptable.

4. After successful submission of online admission form, it is mandatory to print hard copy of admission form, sign it and submit the hard copy of admission form along with original fee Challan of all students collectively and copies of required documents to The Assistant Controller of Examinations (Professional Branch), University of Sargodha within due date by post, otherwise Roll No Slip shall not be issued.

5. If any Principal / Student deposits less than the prescribed fee, he/she shall have to deposit 03 times of the less / remaining fee otherwise Roll No Slip shall not be issued to him/her.

6. Examinations will start in the last week of December, 2023.
