Next Semester Enrollment Method Allama Iqbal Open University

 

To enroll as a continuing student for your next semester at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), the process is completely online through the CMS (Campus Management System) Portal.

Below is the step-by-step guide on how to complete your course registration and fee payment.

1. Log into the CMS Portal:

1. Visit the official enrollment portal at enrollment.aiou.edu.pk.
2. Enter your User ID (Student ID) and Password provided by AIOU.
3. Click Sign In.

2. Navigate to Course Registration:

1. On your CMS dashboard, click on the Course Registration tile.
2. Select Student Enrollment.

3.Select Academic Level / Semester:

1. In the Academic Level search field, select the semester you are enrolling in (e.g., Semester 2, Semester 3, etc.).
2. Click Add New Request.

4.Choose Your Courses:

1. The system will display mandatory courses for that semester.
2. If there are Elective / Optional Courses, check the boxes to select the specific courses you want to take.
3. If you have any Failed / Reappear Courses from previous semesters, you can also select them here to re-enroll.
4. Click Add Courses.

5.Generate and Download Fee Challan:

1. Review the list of courses and total fee.
2. Click Submit.
3. Click Print Invoice or Download Challan to save your official fee payment slip.

6.Pay the Admission Fee:

You can pay your fee using any of the following methods:

1. Mobile Wallets: Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UPaisa app (Search under Fee Payment -> AIOU and enter your 12-digit Challan Number).
2. Online Banking / AIOU Portal: Visit olpay.aiou.edu.pk to pay via Debit/Credit Card.
3. Bank Branch: Pay over the counter at designated bank branches (ABL, MCB, NBP, FWBL, Bank Alfalah).

Important Tips

• Save Payment Confirmation: Keep your bank stamp receipt, transaction ID, or SMS confirmation safe for your records. You generally do not need to post the challan copy to AIOU if paid online.
• Admission Confirmation: Once paid, your admission status will update on the CMS portal within 7 to 15 working days. You will also receive an SMS confirmation from AIOU.
